It's not often i leave reviews but,I placed my order on net, granted early in the morning but wanted it same day and by mid afternoon the same day it was delivered ,the site had so many flower options to choose from,good to see the personal touch from a local florist ,my daughter was made up ,thankyou

Direct2florist is an excellent way to order flowers no matter where you live or where the flowers need to be delivered. They have great customer service and support. The florist, Hannah Simon's Flower's in Wigan, did a fabulous basket of summer flowers as requested. I highly recommend Hannah Simon's Flowers.The basket of flowers for my cousin's funeral designed by Hannah Simon's Flower's in Wigan, England was stunning. It was exactly what I'd envisioned and included Sunflowers and summer flowers as requested. I highly recommend Hannah Simon's Flowers for all your floral needs. The flowers were gorgeous fresh blooms, delivered on time, and a photo was emailed to me per request. Even though I am in another country, Direct2florist.com made ordering directly from a florist in Wigan very easy. They even calculate the rate of exchange cost for you. I'd definitely use Direct2florist and Hannah Simon's Flower's again.

As mentioned in the florist review. Was grateful order went through as agreed however feel an email to confirm would have been useful. Only proof of order was payment deducted from bank account.Recipient very pleased with the flowers. <br />'Hello' - Get well selection.<br />Requested certain colours which florist was able to do.<br />I also made an error on gift card which florist contacted me to check before delivery, which I thought was exceptional customer service.<br />Direct2Florist obviously did what they said however I would have liked an email to confirm order had been accepted. Had no confirmation other than the payment leaving the bank account.

The service Hannah has provided is excellent. we ordered flowers for my Mum the day before. As we are in Australia we were unsure if we could get a delivery. The flowers ordered are exactly as the picture on the website and 6 days later in Mum's heated house, they are looking so lovely, they have bloomed and are looking incredible. Ordering was easy. The flowers were beautiful however, when the flowers were lifted out to arrange in a vase the cellophane with the water in was not secured resulting in water all over the floor. Having said that would order again as the arrangement was beautiful and worth the cost

Prompt e-mail response to my e-mail enquiry Requested Saturday delivery, only aware it didn't happen when I asked for confirmation from Direct2Florist, received prompt call from florist then to explain delay and confirm delivery that day. Receipt later confirmed by recipient. Appreciate it is not always possible to advise of delays, especially at peak tmes, but when you are ordering flowers over a considerable distance for a surprise delivery it would be good to be informed of a delay and receive confirmation that it is being resolved without having to chase information myself days later.
